Scratch 3.0 Discovery Day

February 22nd, 2019
9:30AM – 3:00 PM at LEARN

Agenda of the Day

On February 22nd, we will explore the educational potential of the latest version of the intrepid block programming language developed by the MIT Media Lab Lifelong Kindergarten Group: Scratch 3.0. For many years, Scratch has been an introduction to the world of programming for children all over the world. Now, with this new version, more educational technologies will be able to connect to Scratch! Take a look at some of those extensions! Google Translate? Micro:Bit? Wow!

If you are eager to test out this version ahead of our LEARNshop, the FULL version has just been released and is and available right now!

If you want to know about other Block Programming languages, we have a collection of links and resources.
